Ordering

  • All orders are custom handmade to order. There is no made premade jewelry inventory in stock.

  • Once an order is placed the process of either getting the material to complete, or making your item will begin if material is on hand.

  • in an effort to provide the perfect piece for you there may be some email contact back and forth to get all the questions answered. There is no set time frame of completion.

Shipping

  • All Packages are bubble wrapped and sealed in a individual resealable bag and shipped by USPS Priority Flat Rate. You will receive an email once shipped with tracking information.

  • Shipping has 2 options USPS First Class - 7 to 14 days for delivery ($5.00) USPS Priority Mail 2-3 days for delivery ($8.00).

  • Pick Up or personal delivery is an option but arrangements need to be made prior to ordering and is not available for most orders

  • International Shipping is available, Pricing is based on a case by case situation

Returns

  • Once you receive your order please inspect your jewelry.

  • I will gladly accept any order that you are unhappy with and refund you the entire cost of the order minus shipping cost.

  • You have 14 days to make the request for return and refund. Items have to returned within 14 days of receipt for refund. Once you have shipped the piece back and it has been received you will then be refunded the total order minus shipping cost. Items must be returned in the same condition as when it was sent to you.

  • Any order that has been ordered with custom metal colors, and accent beads can not be returned unless you receive them damaged. If that is the case you have 48 hours to make a request for the piece to be repaired and the item has to returned within 14 days of receipt. Use the Contact button below for returns.

  • Once we receive your request we will email you requesting pictures of the item and packaging to verify the damage. This is so that we can ensure that we can prevent this from happening again.
